SUMMARY:ATCA at the Guthrie | Shakespeare Marathon
DESCRIPTION:ATCA members are invited for a rare and wonderful opportunity to convene at the Guthrie Theater\, one of the country’s leading regional theaters\, for a theater-going Bard marathon comprised of three of his kings — Richard II\, Henry IV\, and Henry V. \nThe ATCA Minneapolis weekend begins with an evening reception Friday April 12\, 2024\, followed by a full day of theatergoing on Saturday April 13\, one of the days all three plays will be performed. Visit the theater’s website describing the history plays on offer for additional information. Sunday April 14 events may develop (stay tuned) including a Guthrie theater tour. \nWith lunch and dinner breaks\, ATCA Executive Committee chair David John Chávez and member Lou Harry will watch\, discuss\, and experience royal drama of the Shakespearean kind with ATCA members. \nATCA members will be given contact information to arrange their own single tickets or pairs of tickets to the marathon weekend shows. \nOPEN TO MEMBERS ONLY \n
