A message to our members and our theater communities

A message to our members and our theater communities

ATCA is concerned for the health, safety and livelihood of our members and artists and audiences across the country. With this in mind, we support actions taken by theaters nationally to close productions to help contain the COVID-19 pandemic.

ATCA is committed to advocating for theater as a healthy industry. With that, we recognize that this means that many of our members, much like the artists we write about, will be trying to figure out financial stability. Please know that you are not alone and that your ATCA family is here for you. We will be sharing resources on everything from composing creative pitches to how to access any support and stimulus resources as we hear about them.

ATCA supports innovative moves by theaters, financial aid from the government, foundations, and individuals, and to the return to productions for our membership to cover. Let’s all take care of each other and practice kindness in these uncertain times.
