ATCANY2022 | New York annual meeting sites and programs being finalized
After many months of planning, ATCA will gather in New York City Friday November 11 — Sunday November 13, with a full weekend of programming and events that include access to Broadway and Off Broadway shows.
The dedicated eight-member conference committee is working with producers and publicists and creatives to secure the still tentative programming. Events and program elements will be announced when confirmed.
Friday’s location, Club 135 by Industrious at 135 West 50th Street, has meeting rooms and public spaces and a lovely open design for formal presentations and informal conversations. Saturday is “homeless by design” with several tours and events planned in different locations (to be announced soon) and matinee and evening shows, and Sunday morning will be at a new location with more sessions and a wrap up discussion.
September 20, 2022 update: Session with New York Times chief theater critic Jesse Green confirmed for the first morning of the conference. The author of Shy: The Alarmingly Outspoken Memoirs of Mary Rodgers (2022) will discuss the world of Mary Rodgers with ATCA member Martha Wade Steketee, field questions from attendees, and sign books that will be available for purchase.

The conference registration page with schedule, to be updated as sessions and events are confirmed, and payment instructions will be open by September 30, 2022.
Pricing is set at: $75 Early Bird for Members and their guests through October 31, 2022, and $100 Full Price for members and their guests November 1, 2022 and after.
ATCANY2022 is open to members of the Association who have renewed their membership dues for 2022-2023 before they register. Any members who have not renewed for 2022-2023 can contact Executive Committee chair David J. Chávez or treasurer Scott Bennett for renewal information.
