Bill Hirschman | SPJ Sunshine State Awards winner
Current Executive Committee member (and dedicated ATCA member of several decades) Bill Hirschman has added another laurel to his collection. Hirschman, founder and chief critic of Florida Theater On Stage, recently won second place in the Sunshine State Awards of the Society of Professional Journalists’ Florida Pro Chapter.
Hirschman won second place in the “Arts Commentary & Criticism” category for his work on his own site. “2nd Place: Florida Theater On Stage – Wm. F. Hirschman, South Florida theater reviews,” the listing reads.
We know he’s a gold medal winner for us.
